Buyer beware on this one. Both myself and my husband suffer from neck pain and migraines so I was very hopeful on this neck brace. The brace claims that it will self warm and the magnets will help with pain and stiffness. The day I got this I so happened to have a pretty stiff neck so I put it on. When wearing it you do feel like you are being choked which doesn't make it very comfortable. After an hour of wear I was pretty frustrated as I didn't feel any warmth at all and my head and neck was still hurting. When I went to take it off I then noticed the seam was ripped. At this point I contacted the seller and told them my issues and I was told I had to wear it for a week. This is a huge issue for me since it isn't comfortable and honestly not very stylish. When I informed him of the seam ripped he stated he would send me another one but one has yet to arrive. At this point the brace ended up in the trash.
